Thanks guys, I'm still excited but humbled at the same time. To win something like this against so many great fisherman. I'll probably never get to experience winning a classic again so I'm living it up right now. Had to get some sleep, hadn't slept much last couple nights.

Congrats on the win. Enjoyed the tourney, even though me and my partner were not use to fishing water that deep and rising like that, we made the best of it I think. I noticed there were several teams, semi pro and amateurs like us struggling to find keeper fish. I'm not sure if any of the winners or higher placing teams said how they caught the ones they did, but I am really anxious just to know especially since I was there and tried many things.....I did realize that the fish were deep and tight to cover, at least the keepers we got were. Anybody who did well want to give us an idea what worked, Id sure be glad to listen. Buffalo13 you guys enjoy your win as long as you can. Im sure you very much so worked hard for it and deserve it!!!

Everything was caught on old wood. They have yet to move up into the newly flooded stuff. Everything we saw and caught was between 35 & 40 feet. The top teams were rigging single jigs in and above old wood. Some teams were also staying back and casting to them. If rigging moving as slow as possible caught most of the top teams fish. Some teams were also single poling for them. Since water was about 22 ft higher than it has ever been fishing in 30 to 40 even 50ft of water would put you on the old wood.
