And, yeah ... the "early season" & holiday weekends tend to bring out the inexperienced boaters and the "idjits" that think everyone else on the lake is just in their way of having a good time. That, and the equal availability of fish on the other end of the lake, is probably why most of the Crappie anglers I know are fishing that portion of the lake.
