Lol, just kidding. This thing gave my 12' Southern Crappie rod all it wanted, but a true testament to the rod, it prevailed. If your looking for a good rod to spider rig with, I highly recommend them. This fish was caught on Barren today. Crappie bite was slow and finicky again. It took me a while, but I finally caught 30 today. Assorted whites and blacks 5-8' deep. I tipped Big Head Jigs with minnows and caught a few on horse head spinners.
