Chocolate milk at Holmes Bend. Gets better as you go toward 551 bridge. Didn't go the other way.

Fished Friday, had to break the ice headed out of HB towards the 551 bridge. Water was decent past White Oak, but not anywhere near clear. Got into some 41* water and caught a few keepers. Drifting in 6 to 8 FOW, dark colored jigs and minnows had about same catch ratio on both. GWs were chking everyone as they came into HB, all was well on our boat ( all legal fish and they were all measured by GWs, life jackets, and fire extinguisher all chk'd).
