    "Officially" TVA does not start bringing KY. Lake up till April 1. If we experience "normal" precipitation in the TN. and Cum. River valleys, she should be just slightly above winter pool (354' above sea level). With that said... Ain't no tell'n.

    With all this ice we have up north that will melt and be headed south, you guys will get high water a lot sooner than april 1. All our rivers that flow into the ohio will be blown out by mid to late march.
