Just a suggestion CUSA have to sign up in advance. I just thought anyone fishing would know the day before.

Yeah, we're considering that angle. But, in some cases, the tourney official(s) may already be at the lake the day before the tourney ... and may not have access to a computer or wi-fi connection.
It's also been suggested (to me) that we print out the rules & include a place to sign a waiver of liability. That disclaimer is already in the rules, but I don't know if that is enough to make it legal & binding, without a signature.

Probable need to set a deadline for sending in your entry fee in advance for each tourney, if they are going to launch from a different ramp. Who ever the official/weighmaster is, he will have to be the one to be at the weigh in ramp in the mornings for anyone who didnt send their entry fee so that it can be collected by a certain time, so that he can get launched himself.
