Took my floating cans to the lake today and hung me a 10/0 hook, tied to a 1/4 nylon rope with a chicken on it for catfish bait. Cause yall said they wouldnt sink so thought I use them for bobbers. When casted them out, I be Dang if they sunk to the bottom.

Question is ... will they stay there, where you dropped them ?? They might have had enough weight to make them go to the bottom, but if it was "just enough", they're subject to be moved around by current or rise/fall of the water level. Or, Heaven forbid, some Muskie/Bass angler or crankbait troller snags into one of them and pulls them away from their "marked" spot

    ... cp
