Hey guys ! I'm in the market for some new rods for spider rigging and pushing and pulling cranks but mainly for straight line spider rigging pushing minnows and around 3/4 to 1 ounce of weight . Give me your opinions on what to get , I'm looking at bnm pro staff trolling rods in 12 ft . Or Wm titeline specials . Thanks for the help !

If you want 12ft. rods go with Pinnacle. 4 rods 60 bucks, you cant beat em.

go with 14ft in whatever you get-you'll end up getting them anyway![]()
The Southern Crappie Rods are the toughest Rod I've ever hung over the bow of my boat! B"n"M also has a quality product. I have nothing bad to say about either 1. Both companies are headed up by men who absolutly stand behind their products. I know that for a FACT!
I would NOT go with the Tightline Specials for reasons that I won't go into on this thread.
The Pinnicals are good, affordable glass rods and are good for spider rig'n but I don't believe you can get them in a 14'. I recently went from 12's to 14's and it was a productive move. Probably increased my catch by 15 to 20%. Just takes some getting used to. I'll never go back to the 12's.
Here is a link to both of the Rods I recommend.

I have B and M and really like them. Just bought some 16' BGJP and like them alot better for spidder rigging jigs than my 14' PST. The PST rods are not as sensitive in my opinion.
For those of you that fish bnm rods and spider rig green and local central ky lakes , which bnm rod works best for fishing like green and cumberland ? Also 12 or 14 ft ?
