    all cor ramps closed at nolin & rough?

    As I understand it, Charley .... all COE & Forestry lands are closed. That would include all ramps & campgrounds on those lands, and any related facilities. Only privately owned marina's ramps are open.

    The LBL is open and ramps are open. This is forestry and COE .

    I was told lbl ramps and campgrounds were closed. Talked to a forestry guy I know that said campers were told to leave. We rode into sugar bay last weekend, there was one camping and two trailers at the ramp. The outhouse was locked with a sign on the door about the shutdown.
