If I were fishing from the bank I would try around Holmes bend at the end of the parking lot there's a wood pier and some brush in front of it , don't know what will happen but that's wheee I would go if I had to fish on the bank . Good luck !

here's a pic of that pier, but at the time the water was pretty low
