    We have to report people like this to not only save them from themselves but also to keep our rights to fish these locations. The bad thing is those ole boys would get mad for being told how to fish.

    Those look to be pretty large folks, or it's an awfully small boat ... OR BOTH. It also appears they are not wearing PFD's which should be rule #1 when fishing below a dam ... gates open or not. My Dad always said that God takes care of fools and children.
