Does anybody know anything about this little lake, it's private right near the Moors? Looking at a house by it, wondering what the depth is,thanks

I'm pretty sure it is indeed a private lake built by some owner (or previous owners...I'm not sure) in the subdivision...
I fished from the bank there a few times as I have a friend that lives close there...
It is very deep...something like 30ft at the levee ... And even at the "shallow" end the bottom drops off rapidly like 10 ft deep 10ft away from the bank...
It's been many years since I fished there but I think it is still posted with no access from any public right of way...(meaning no "joe public" can walk in and fish it)..

My wife's parents live on autumn lane. They seem to really like everyone there.
