Spring Fling '13 @ Green .... head count & item procurement post

Well ... the poll is closed, and April 27th is the date chosen. So, now on to the listing of attending members & what they're bringing to the "dance" :

Chucky - cooking supplies
"Pappy" - fish transport/breading bowls - picnic shelter fee - Hushpuppies

I'll let the rest of you post, & add them to the list as we go along.


Some items to consider:

French Fries
Salt/Pepper & Ketchup
Paper Plates & plastic forks/spoons & napkins
Other side dishes &/or desserts
Ice cold pop

And there are some other items I have not mentioned, but expect certain members will volunteer to bring (again) like they did last time.

And, once again, may I remind ya'll .... you DON'T have to bring anything to attend this event.

I will bring the salt,pepper and ketchup. There will be 2 of us. Had a great time last year.

paper plates forks spoons cups napkins and a small cooler of pop, but it probably won't hold enough for everyone.
I'll be there if the good Lord willing and the creek don't rise. The wife said tornado warnings will cancel the trip also.

Pappy I will bring some coleslaw and fillet knives. They prob be 3 of us. Cant wait to see everybody.

Paper Towels (1 roll should be sufficient)

And we also need someone to bring some "name tags" to ID the members ... and if anyone has a roll of "tickets" for the door prize drawings, that'd be great.

I would hope that someone would have a set of scales, or a balance beam, so we can determine Big Fish winner. There's a nice prize being donated for Biggest Fish caught (during the event !!)
