I wish that was the case. My 300 is still in the gun safe from last year. I will be leaving in the morning for Jackson, Ky to work. Tried getting them to wait till Monday but they have four roof top units going in and needs the new roof first. Its going to be nice this weekend for fishing or hunting so everybody be safe and enjoy.

Anyone do any good on green over the weekend? We fished Fri. the 9th and the bite was good until 1pm then they quit. Went back Sunday afternoon and the bite was very slow. We tried brushpiles from 40 to 15 feet with minnows and managed 6 keepers. Slowest day I've seen in a while.

Fished Green Thursday afternoon by myself and then Fri, Sat and Sunday with two friends in my boat. Thursday afternoon a spiderrigged in the Holmes Bend area. Caught 37 total including the 18 that I kept. They were all 10 to 12 inches. 27 FOW, 26 ft deep.

Friday and Saturday we caught lots of fish spider fishing 32ft deep in 32-35 FOW. Managed to keep one limit of 30 (all three of us together) each day that were 10 inches or better. Fishing Blue & White Bobby Garland jigs tipped with minnows.

On Sunday in the wind we couldn't hardly manage to get them to hit a jig. Switched to all minnows and ended up with 26 really good fish between us. Again 32 feet deep in 32-35 FOW.Caught tons of small fish.
Quit by 2:30 when we got tired fighting the wind. All the good fish Fri, Sat and Sunday came from the Robinson Creek end.
