Yes there is a nut under the rod holder for the spread position. They are not on the website yet. he has just started building them. Give him a call and he will set you up.

Nope, these aren't on the website yet. I thought we were still in the prototype phase but I guess the old man decided to let some go. Thats the best way to get feedback anyways.

Those are on the new adjustable T-bar---adjusts in height and rotates 360 degrees also.[

Pappy, do these look like "Herrington" models? Or maybe Laurel, Barkley, or Barren.........hmmmmmmm

I don't expect the price to change much, if any at all.

    Tight lines!

QUOTE=crappiepappy;1992560]I was kinda wondering about why the holders would be set in a static position. Thanks for clearing that up !!
Is there an adjustment nut under the holders, to tighten them into a spread position ??

I also like the idea of the nut caps being underneath the holder, rather than "inside" the cradle (like they are on the standard Cumb. & GR holders). Clears the way for the rod handle to not bump anything, when lifting the rod out of the cradle on hookset.

Any idea what this "new" setup will cost, and if it will come in 2-3-4 rod configuration ?? And what lake will they name this version after

I fished with them this weekend and loved them. I am glad I went with these.

Justed wanted to let everybody know I finally updated the website last weekend to include the new "360 Rod Holder" as seen in the photos in this post. 360 Rod Holders by Cumberland Crappie

Pappy, I didn't go with Herrington, lol. Thanks for the input. One of the Indiana Slabmasters recommended "360" on our facebook page and that just made too much sense, and was simple too. Not to take away from Slabs site but we post a lot of photos on facebook too.

Tight lines to all! See ya at Ky lake next week! We may have a combo of Cumberlands, Green Rivers and 360s on the boat for the Crappie USA Classic, lol. I like them all so its tuff to just fish with one style.
