    Cool Eggners Ferry Bridge will be repbuilt by the end of May.


    The bridge will be fixed by the end of May.
    I live 10 miles from the 160,000 acre Kentucky Lake, and the 57,000 acre Barkley Lake is within 25 miles of my house. I live 10 miles from 220,000 acres of Water.

    Hall Contracting gets contract to repair Western Kentucky bridge - Louisville - Business First


    Ky. awards contract to repair damaged bridge - KFVS12 News & Weather Cape Girardeau, Carbondale, Poplar Bluff

    From our discussion and my post of 2-18-2012

    But in the interm for a quick fix.
    1. Order the steel.
    2. Contract Hall Contracting(the crew that fixed the Sherman Minton bridge in Louisville)
    3. GET ER DUN so everyone in that area can get back to normal drives.

    Good news for the KY Lake area and transportation.

    I hope they will have it done by May, but with our Spring weather around here, who knows if they will meet the deadline.
