    Illinois is only 35.00 for non res plus boat launch for different county's or lakes and kick backs to governors and a 67 percent tax increase on business and huge realastate taxes and payments to Colorado to house the last governor and on and on oh yeah we have 16 planes to take the state big shots to work everyday
