    I find spider riggin more advantageous when fish are holding closer to structure...

    The slower speeds makes it easier to avoid as many hangups....As long as the wind is blowin too bad...

    Long lining covers a lot more water quicker... Good for when the fish are really active and not holding as tight to structure...

    You should try both and see which you are most comfortable with...

    Confidence in your preferred method of fishing is more than half the battle...
