Tomorrow at Green
Hey Guys,
I know a few of you have been catching a few at Green; was wondering if i could get some tips, how deep, are they on the flats, etc.
I'm taking my 10 year old son and would really like to get into some. We usually put in at ramp 1, where is the best place to buy minnows? We will be coming thru Campbellsville.( If there is a better place to buy minnows toward the upper end, i can come thru that way also and put in at Holmes Bend) We will be trying to spider rig minnows; I'm a beginner so I usually I end up in a mess.

Went fishin today, didn't do as good as hoped, but had fun anyway. We tried the Butler Creek area with a little success. Then we went farther down the lake and caught a few more over some brush.
Spider-rigging minnows, seemed like 12-15 feet was the best for us.
Just had 10 keepers; the bright side is didn't hav to clean fish for too long!
Any other reports from today or the last couple of days?
