    About what time in the fall crappie start turning on again. I fish rough river alot.

    If you are talking about when to find them in the shallow cover, i usually catch them when the water temp is 68 to seventy degrees. It all depends on the weather and the lake drawdown as to how shallow they will be. Usually mid sept through october i fish for them shallow again depending on the weather.
