Arca .... I'm a little skeptical of that chart. I mean, where's the data for 11 thru 14ft ?? And why is the tailwater DO so high, when the water is likely coming from a depth that the chart is saying has no DO ?? There's no turbines in the T-ville dam, just a gate, so water pressure & gravity are the only things pushing water thru it ... so there's not much chance for aeration to take effect, in that short drop down the spillway.
One thing it does tell me, which I'm already familiar with, from past experience ... is that the thermocline is around the ~15ft depth range. But, even that is suspect, since the 11-14ft range info is missing.
And, if (as I suspect) these readings are taken at the Dam ... and the outflow is very low, and thus not creating any mixing current ... it would seem to indicate that the lake is stagnating from lack of much new water entering the lake.
I will have to say, however, that in all the years I fished T-ville (Spring/Summer/Fall) ... I rarely caught fish below 15ft deep, so I rarely fished deeper than 15ft.
