It's on US150 East (John Simms Hwy)... between Stanford & Crab Orchard. (closer to Crab Orchard)

Mapquest now shows the lake (outline), as does Google Earth (satellite pic). KDFWR has a map on their website ( KY: Kentucky Dept Fish and Wildlife - )
