    Default couple fish


    With all the rain and high water seems like we havent been able to fish right all spring.
    Here a couple decent fish from smaller lake. One was 14 and bigger one 15 3/4. Had a nice mess the big fish had layed but smaller ones were full of eggs. Been enjoying the mushrooms so far this year, guess only good thing about the rain.

    Holy smokes!

    Those morels are ginormous!

    You batter and deep fry 'em or you just sautee' them in butter. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

    Endo I found them the last few weeks while it was rainy. One 30 min trip before work i found about 5+ lbs worth. If you could find a good lookin cedar patch with the right stuff on the ground you could find some big ones.

    Good fish Nate, and good sized shrooms. I just fried up a mess of crappie and shrooms about a week ago. I about foundered on them. Can't beat those kind of vittles!!!
