hush puppy cooker
filet knives
large serving platters/trays (for fish/fries/pups)
paper towels (Little John)
alum foil
french fries
hush puppies (Crappiepappy)
plain yellow corn meal (& I'll bring what's left of my Southern Star Seasoning)
salt/pepper/ketchup (bring your own, if you desire other condiments)
large bowls for fillet transport & coating (Crappiepappy)

CP, I'm still uncertain about making it on the 16th. I've taken Harrison turkey hunting opening day every year since he's been able to go, and he's already eager to go after them again. He is driving now, and could actually embark on his own for the day. I'll see how he feels about it and will let you know something very soon. Sure would like to make it, had a great time last year.

I have 1 electric filet knife and 2 hand filet knives I will bring as well. I'm sure we'll need more than just mine but I will bring what I have.

I will furnish the expense for the picnic shelter area.

Wish I could be there,but I've got a few vacation days around Easter the next week and can't get off 2 weekends in a row.
