I would start by working all the major points that have coontail on em( i put brush on most of them) and maybe check the mouths of coves and work your way to the back. If you watch your fish finder you will see the schools of crappie, cuz theres no shad in the lake the crappie look like big school of bait there. If you dont find them in those spots work some deeper water right down the middle of the channels and out from the dam and bank across lake from beach. BTW, jus for fun, look on the window at the pics at ramp building at that big crappie, dont see many like that anywhere. Good luck and let us know how ya do.
