I'm sure some of the smaller lakes like rough river is froze again. I use to love this crap but any more I just stay at home and watch fishing on the TV .
You know I can remember when I was younger and deer hunting in November and it was real cold , Now all you need is a sweat shirt and your good to go. For what it is worth there catching crappie back up in the creeks at rough but be warned the game warden is checking people with ticket book in hand..
