Wiskers: I've always enjoyed reading your posts. Myself and two others have been visiting Shawnee Bay Resort for the last four years in the Spring. We are actually taking a trip down that way this year in the fall, I believe Oct. 8,9,and 10th. We are from Illinois. Love the lake and definately appreciate your wisdom and great posts. I hope you all have a great time at the gathering. Maybe one of these days we can meet and chew the fat.

Well guys after reviewing my commitments for Oct. it looks like the weekend of the 8th, 9th, and 10th is about my only free weekend.

If yall wanta have it another weekend that's fine, I don't have to be there for yall to get together.

I have just 1 request. Let's try to avoid talk'n politics. I am very vocal about this subject and depending on your views, you will either love me or hate my guts. :D There won't be any in between! Trust me. :D

Hey Wiskers, that weekend I will be off work and will try to get down there Saturday afternoon, hope to see you then. And if I can, I may have my fire-fighter buddy Zane come along with me.

I would love to be there but I'll most likely be on my way back from Canada on that weekend.
