Quackrstackr, I let a major opportunity slip by not going over to the LBL side last week. Big water was pretty rough mid day . I am also kicking myself for not heading over there to look for some bluegill beds. Just too many opportunities and not enought time to do them all.

Also, I didn't know people caught them under lights on Jigs. That is new to me. Are we tipping those with minnows...and what size lead you throwing at them? I only saw a few of the yellows jumping on top where we were fishing.

Catching them under lights is done around structure like the bridges.

It's a vertical presentation with 5 to 6 untipped jigs spaced about 18" apart sort of like a sabiki rig.

Does KY have a limit on number of hooks per line? In Indiana it is 2 per line...and 3 poles. I did notice the yellow bass stacking vertically... as opposed to the crappie schools which were layed out more horizontally...so fishing multiple depths makes sense I guess.

Ky does not have a limit on # of hooks/line .... or # of poles/person.

So, come on back and catch a couple more limits of Yellow Bass :p .... PLEASE !! :D (Daily limit = 30/person -- Possession Limit = 60/person)
