    hey guys just fished the lake yesterday. caught about 150 crappie but only 16 keepers. out on the flats but hard to fish because of the wind. we would go upwind and then turn sideways and longline jigs tiped with minnows.

    Which "flats" ... up river (Holmes Bend area) or main lake (State Park/Goat Island) or mid-lake (between these two areas) ??
