Gobble gobble.
I may wind up in the boat at some point but I'll have shotgun in hand first.
Putting the Crappie on hold for at least the first weekend. Hope my son and I can both kill a bird......then I'll be back in the boat. Good luck to everyone yelping tomorrow.
I've got to work so I don't guess I will be doing either. Good luck to everyone whichever choice you make.
Looks like I finally made the right decision. :D
21 lb
10 1/8" beard
7/8", 1" spurs
Good looking bird there....
I just can't seem to let go of my spider riggin poles this time of year to chase 'em or call 'em...
I guess that leaves more birds for you guys...
That's ok...I'll sling an arrow at 'em during the deer bowhunting season next fall....

My son and I doubled up on these two birds! Was an exciting hunt. Three of them made there way to our set up......only one left, lol! After the high fiving and hugs, I realized mine had a second beard.
Both were mature toms, his had an 11" beard, mine had a 10 1'2 and a 6" Awesome being in the woods this time of year!
