Be sure to get some kentucky rigs. I personally like the 3/4 to 1 oz weights on them. Get some medium minnows. Drift fish the area inside and outside of the ridge at the mouth of the cove. Get a map and look where the creeks come together inside the cove. That is a real good area. Concentrate on water that is over 10 foot deep. Drift with the wind and hang on for some hog crappie.
