Me too! Aint nowhere around him with 20ft of water I know of that has shellcrackers. Maybe a very few small reservoirs.

I remember in one report he was catchin' em in around 40 ft and on the bottom. I HAS to be either KY/Barkley cuz of no thermocline, or the Holler cuz it is a deep sucka, thermocline prolly doesnt start there til around 200 ft! lol Its money in the bank that smallies this time of year are usually 30+ ft. along w/ most other fish The small lakes I wouldnt think would have enuf diss o2 at 40 ft.
