    Default Pics of crappie mount

Figured I'd post a couple pics of a mount Jackie Thomas did for me this spring. I think he did a great job and was very fast as well as inexpensive ($85), he also did the deer right beside the crappie. The fish was a bit over 3 lb, and you can see the actual bait that I caught it on hanging from its mouth, that 2 inch slider looks tiny. I was very happy with the job he did. What do yall think?

PS-ever see a crappie with eyes that blue?? LOL

    Thumbs up Pappy likes ....

About the only thing I don't like (understand ? ) is the "blue" eye ... or is that just a camera glitch ??

Otherwise .... looks good --- good coloration and accent painting. Good price, too !!

    ... congrats !!

Great mount, could do without the blue eyes.

Nice..... I will post a pic of five on a brush pile my son and I cough on Neely Henry Lake years ago. We caught all five (over 2lbs.) in about one hour in the same cove. My house is covered with mounts of all types and I love it. That was the best thing about getting divorsed from my first wife. She moved out and the heads went up. They look tons better then her.
