    Default Cave Run Limit


    Went to Cave Run last night and did pretty well. Probably caught 80+ and culled up to a solid limit( didnt measure em but all look like 10+inch fish). Fished for about 6 hourse, fish bit great rite before dark and up into dark a couple hours. Minnows mainly, same pattern as the other day. Was glad to see some healthy fish. Was fun and not many people out. Good luck.

    Huck, believe it or not I haven't even gotten to fish those sets yet, can't lie tho, Im chomping at the bit to try em. These fish have been comin' outta an area VOID of any cover, but lots of bait around. Gonna try those sets SOON though, hoping they are holding fish as well. Creekboy, I was over in your neck of the woods this afternoon, some nice crappie in the creeks but no big numbers of fish, some nice largies and spots on the main river tho.

    Man o'man... I drove right past Cave Run this weekend and you were out catching those. Great job. I headed to Carter Caves to do some hiking with the wife. Had to put the boat in the shop for a few weeks so I started hiking instead of fishing but hopefully the boat will be ready this weekend so I can relax and fish. Hiking is just way to stressful.
