I've been fishing kaw lake about 100 miles south of Wichita and doing good bouncing big baits and 1/4 oz heads off the rip rap on the north end of the lake. Fished Marion reservoir north of Wichita Monday but the crappie bite was slow. water temp was 57. Did find the cats in 15 fow though hitting on crappie jigs.
