Wow!!! What a day to be on the water. Got on it about 10:30. Water temps have dropped into the upper 40's. Went to the chanel breaks and started looking for the schools(crappie, whites, shad or wipers) just not everywhere. Still early I guess. Started probing chanel piles next to drop-offs. Just not much going on( I knew I should of got some minners)Name: 20181116_160854.jpg

Size: 45.7 KB . Changing colors, adding nibbles, spraying 'Slab Sauce', anything trying to get something to work. Since I'm not noted for baitless fishing, I'm sort of somewhat guessing what to drop. I do love feather/hair jigs. Color combo's that no plastic can match plus movement when even deadsticking. I was blessed to attend the "Fall Crappie Camp" and was gave quite the bag of plastics. Open it up to find a big handfull of hand tied jigs. Beautiful and lots of choices. Now the bag had just one of this color combo. Must of fell in the bag buy mistake. Nobody would give up a 'Very Hot Jig'. Found a school haging next to a steep drop off with some brush that had prolly slid down from 12 to 25ft. JohnDeere and pink head produced first hit and it was over 11in. With very little confidence, I'm going thru colors and depths. Then it happend Tied that lone color on , dropped it to 20ft and it was on!!! Fish after fish hit that jig . Now hear is the jig (what's left of it) and whoever made it,,,,, I want more . <*)}}}><
