Beautiful day, started our foggy, and then cleared, with light winds before rain came in mid afternoon... I only caught one keeper crappie (along with a bunch of smalls), but he measured about 13". Same pattern, same lure - 1/16 oz head on a Junebug/chartreuse Slabalicious about 12ft deep. Also got 3 channel cats on my other rod using Sudden Impact for the first time - mixed it with a bit of Sonny's blood and couldn't keep 'em off the line - they love it!

This is looking down into my 5 gallon bucket - see the cat wrapped around the bottom - 23"... Poor crappie needed some same-species company. Lol

Thanks! The catfishies were biting great, so I (get ready for it), put down the crappie pole and went to exclusive catfishing. Caught a few blues that were too small to keep, but it was a good day.
