Man I haven't fished Eldorado on foot in years... I think I would go to the to the CORP wildlife area ramp and fish standing timber with a long jigging pole. Lots of timber close to the river channel. The water is high but they are not dumping (I just checked) so it may not be to muddy???
The CORP ramp is between sailboat cove and the RR bridge. Its located east off highway 77 on NE60th street; NE60th dead ends at the lake shortly after you go under or over , I cant remember, the turnpike. Wish I could be more help but I will be bass fishing elsewhere.
Maybe someone else can tell you what the clarity is up there? Good luck...
