    They also closed the road going down to the Rock Creek ramp.

    Sorry for the confusion when I say pull the ramps I meant they pulled the docks up the railroad tracks so the docks are out of the water. Boat docks one and two are in the water as of yesterday I have not been to boat ramp number 3 lately
