Well after a couple days of trying vertical and throwing roadrunners. Trolling arkie cranks over treetops ended up producing some crappie today. I find trolling boring but it seemed to be the ticket. Still been a tough bite but the ones we did get were healthy fish. Wipers starting to surface more with cooling water which has been unusually slow this year...
