    Default Milford Lake 9-21-14


    Well after a couple days of trying vertical and throwing roadrunners. Trolling arkie cranks over treetops ended up producing some crappie today. I find trolling boring but it seemed to be the ticket. Still been a tough bite but the ones we did get were healthy fish. Wipers starting to surface more with cooling water which has been unusually slow this year...

    Naw my dad was visiting again so we had three generations of fisherman out there yesterday. As far as that purple stuff I am blaming the peer pressure at school for the conversion lol.

    I wouldnt call that purple stuff peer pressure.... I'd call it showing plain and simple an intelligent young man showing good sense. Heck its football season! Right?

    Yah I was just joking about that up until last year he always wore Nebraska red but now he has switched to purple. Guess Kansas State has gotten one more fan...
