If the park doesn't provide a barrel for the catfish heads they will end up in the grinder or the dumpster. I've seen people cleaning fish on the picknick tables in the Campground when the grinder was broken. If someone is camping for several days what are they supposed to do with their fish? Maybe the state should hire a private contractor to manage the fish cleaning station or just not allow any catfish cleaning. I take my fish home to clean but not everyone can do that. It's a STINKING mess around the park when the grinder is down.
