The little woman turned on the deep fryer as I was filleting the fish so when I got up to the house all I had to do was mix the eggs and milk, dip the fish and put it in the bag of Cajun seasoned flour and into the hot oil it went...man was it delicious!!!![]()

Look on the recipe thread that is where I got it from many many different recipes. I just heat up a non stick pan really hot, then coat fillets with olive or grapseed oil( good for you) season with spices. We use cajun Tony"s then throw in pan. Flip it once, only takes a few minutes and it will be golden brown or if you blacken get the pan hotter. Then you can break them up or put on soft taco in fillet pieces and put lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and salsa if you like. They taste great.
