I finally got out to fish this summer. Been wanting to try the tic tic tug, that I hear you folks talk about. Fished HD and caught a bunch had a hard time keeping the little ones off. Only had 2 keepers. Probably caught 30. The little ones would hit it on the way down. Best color was a blue and chartruse. I had a hard time figuring out the bite. The tic tic part. Alot of times they would slam it. I wanted to set the hook and when I would nothing there. Then I started doing what I had heard Chatt and you folks talk about. Just lift the rod. That seemed to work better. Caught them at various depths. The bigger ones 9 and over seemed to come from around 15fow. Oh, and if I added a nibble they seemed to hold on a little longer. Thank the Good Lord for the cooler temps. It was a nice morning. Good fishing to everyone.
