I'm an Arkansas crappie fishermen but I do own a house in palco ks. Just north of hays I will b out that way in less than a week We always come out every yr for a month or two and do some bird hunting Anyone know if Webster lake has crappie in it? I believe that was the name of that lake anyway

I have a house in Marion, which is where I keep my boat and other toys. I have always strictly fished Walleye until this year, and I decided I wanted to give crappie fishing a try (I have caught crappie before, but not intentionally). Searching the internet, I found this forum, and figured this would be a good source of information from crappie fishing experts.

Hey Shane, this is Kim Brice, with the Lawrence Police Department, I put on the Crappie Tournament to benefit Special Olympics every year with Capt Ray Urbanek. Just checking in to make sure that you got your flier to attend this year. We had a change of personnel with Special Olympics, and they are the ones that send the registrations out for me. Kim, not to barge in but I have fished the Special Olympics Tournament the last couple of years at Clinton and I did receive my flyer for this years event if that helps.
Yes Kim, I got the flyer and sent it in already. Ray called me Sunday and we are going to supply door prizes again like we do every year. I won't be able to stay long after the tournament as I have a walleye tournament on Sunday. Can't wait to see you again this year.
