Well went to the Doc yesterday to try to get my shoulders some help. I have difficulty lifting my coffee cup in morning. So she punched and prodded and moved them around. I have severe inflammation in both shoulders. She gave me some pills and scheduled me for steroid shots on Thursday. The pills helped a lot. Hope the shots work as good. I need to get back to some serious fishing.
