    Default Lake home advice

Hey guys, wife and I are looking into buying a lot on a lake in Kansas. Looking to hear your two cents and any suggestions of lakes that you guys think is a great place to live. Looking for something cheaper and something not in some crazy hoa subdivision.
    Thanks

Marion City Lake which is around 10 to 12 miles from Marion Reservoir, Kahola Lake, Council Grove City Lake which is 1 mile from Council Grove Reservoir would be my choice!

Wabunsee County lake has house on the lake that can be bought. I have fished it for channel cat many years ago not sure about it now. Also Eureka City lake has homes on the lake with docks. Not sure about it just know you can get a place on the lake, if any for sale.

Pomona or Milford are nice. Not a lot available.. Really enjoyed living on Wacomis in NKC. Good bass, walleye, crappie, trout in the spring.

Not sure where you are wanting to settle but Wilson lake has some awesome homes and spectacular views. Not sure of availability. It is a great lake to fish too if you like to fish for walleye and stripers.
