Seems you're not alone. Here's something to support your stance.

Some guys got pinched at Redmond. Became irate and wouldn't give the COE LE their IDs so Coffey COunty was contacted. The guys got a warning and told them they would hide their vehicles next time. They were advised criminal trespass would be issued if it happened again.

It would not stand up in court and they know it. All of the corp ramps at perry are open, they just pulled the docks out. If you go to Perry Marina and use the ramp the docks are still in, why didn't they pull that one? Just maybe they didn't want a lawsuit from a business that is right on that ramp. They were losing 76 million dollars a day in fees across the US, they may have wanted a shutdown but they didn't want to lose this revenue. The States have Federal money in reserve to keep these parks open across the state if they want to use the funds or if they havn't raided it and spent all the money..

It is both the right and left. They need to set down and solve the problems and leave politics at home. Come up with a solution that helps the country for change not their particular ideological stance or party.

The ramps at the Truman state parks are open. No ramps mistakenly closed by the administration there. Truman is about one foot over pool. Barely a trickle running out of the dam.
