I don't know any of the hotspots and it's pretty rare I actually manage to catch a keeper walleye. Both of those slammed a 3/4oz jigging spoon in 35-40 feet of water near the dam. The biggest one is actually one of the biggest walleye I've ever caught and hit so aggressively the spoon was almost in it's throat. Lots of just hatched shad out there so I thought maybe they'd be targeting them a little bit. Just got lucky and put it in the right spot. Both of them hit right as the bait got to the bottom on the initial drop also and I missed a few more bites because I didn't really have the right gear for fishing like I was.

I hit the same spot again Thursday morning. Several nice smallmouth and spotted bass and another keeper 'eye. This time it was "only" in 29' of water.

Looking like a pattern. Nice job. Great to see those big eye pics.
