    Default Milford Blues

I haven't been out after crappie yet. Been busy chasing the blues. Just thought i would share that the bite has been going good, and the shad are finally getting predictable. If your trying to catch some shad throw your net up up with in a few feet of any rock shore. Fished yesterday (Wednesday) up near timber creek area anchored up in 9' of water and casting on either direction of the boat we were picking up blues including one really nice one. we fished from around 9:00 until 1:00 and managed to get 9 blues to the boat and missed a bunch.

Thanks for posting Drake... question for you in general. My plan is to learn to chase these guys this summer. Right now are you guys catching fish in the back of wind blown coves or where are you finding them in general?
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

I've been finding mine along wind blown flats. We did catch some last week fishing the mouth of a cove. But other than that all that me and a friend have caught have come from flats where the wind is blowing in.

Right now the fish were been catxhing from the boat have been while we have been anchored up. We have tried drifting but havent had any luck with that yet but once the weather gets warmed up that will be the meathod that will put the most fish in the boat.
